Something I Forgot to Do This Summer

This Summer I forgot to do the one thing that I hoped I would be able to do. Relax. Thanks to my tech blog, I've been getting up early all the time and I'm spending about eight hours a day in front of my PC typing. I don't hate myself for starting my tech blog - because I love talking about it - but I do dislike the fact that I spent so much time typing everyday. I never really had time to myself or just to relax.

While school was going on, I looked forward to relaxation during the Summertime, but that never happened. Thankfully, I've been able to lie down today and just relax - since there's not much to talk about on my tech blog on the weekends. And, relaxing today felt really good. I have a feeling I'll be praying for the weekend every week during the school year.

I'm definitely not looking forward to school in 10 days.

On a side note, I don't regret the time I spent with my two best friends though. Everytime I'm with those two it's always amazing! :)

This World is in Perfect Balance

I don't know if you've heard the saying, but it goes a little something like this: "Don't make fun of nerds because one day you'll be working for him." I find this statement surprisingly true. However, this is not coming from experience, I just feel that this world is in perfect balance.

Some actresses out there looked really ugly when they were younger, but when they blossomed they turned out smoking hot. You get made fun of when you're a kid and you'll be successful one day. It may not be true in all cases, but for the most part, I feel that it is. I guess karma plays a role in this in some way, shape, or form.

Girls may not be as athletic as guys are, but that's okay because in the end we're all equal. God made us that way. Girls have the ability to create miracles by having children - and guys can't do that. Now it may not feel like a miracle while the whole process is going on, but after a couple of minutes you'll see that all of the grunting and pain pays off.

That was something I wrote earlier this month and since I have nothing else to add at the time I guess I'd just post it. Maybe I'll add / do a continuation to this post in the future. We'll see what happens.

Hardcore Gaming Was My Past

It looks like my hardcore gaming days are over. On Saturday, I was thinking about StarCraft II and I was thinking about how much I'd get to play it. With University coming up, I'm definitely not going to be able to play during the school year; if I do, it'll be around 5 hours per week - at the most. Next Summer would be the perfect time to play, but I'm hoping that I can find a job. It's going to be the same thing for the next 3 years of University, which means absolutely no time to play. After school, I'm obviously going to start working and I'll definitely have a lot to do then. Let's just hope I'll be able to squeeze in some StarCraft II in there somewhere. I'm that excited.

I wish I was a kid again.

Ryerson University Schedule

So, yesterday I finally got most of my schedule for University. It's actually much more empty than I thought it would be, but that's because I still have to choose two electives. One of them will be Physics and I still don't know what the other one will be. It's kind of tough for me to choose, but that's only because none of them interest me all that much. Thankfully, I have until August 18 to decide. I'll post my schedule on here when it's all done after August 19th or something like that. I'm kind of excited for University, but not entirely. School's about a month away, where did Summer go? I should probably mention that this is probably one of the worst Summer's weather-wise in a while. It hasn't hit 30 degrees since June 28th or something; it just sucks because I like it when it's 32 degrees.
